The front desk staff is nothing short of exceptional. The staff in the food service areas in my opinion are nothing short of professional courteous and very well trained and customer oriented. I've been stuck here for days on end due to some other than pleasant circumstances and my experience with this hotels staff has made my stay a very wonderful experience during some other than optimum circumstances. From the front desk to food service to the sales manager I must say that I've not been treated this well possibly ever and that speaks volumes for a man that has been traveling for 40+ years. I hesitate to mention names for fear of leaving ones out but Georganna at front desk as well as Ashley and the other managers to Shane in food service and Cris the director of sales and marketing as well as all others I've had an interaction with have provided nothing short of exemplary service and should be recognized for their efforts.

We loved everything about our stay. We arrived and checked in. I asked about the indoor pool since we knew they had one and my nephew was excited to use it. Unfortunately it was closed due to maintenance. Then the room we were supposed to have with a tub did not have one. And the check in host let me know and she saw we were disappointed. She immediately upgraded our room. I mean like really upgraded. I've never seen such an amazing room. Our jaws literally hit the floor . The room had 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, master bedroom, working area. It was stunning. All the staff we ran into and talked to were super friendly. The hotel and the restaurant were super cleaned. We really loved our stay and will probably be booking again soon. Hopefully the pool will be open. But my wife and nephew and I were very happy. So thanks..

The outdoor pool area was nice. Parking was ample. Our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have a big closet, a safe, and a refrigerator. There were a lot of elevators so we were able to avoid the lobby area. It was still a long walk to our room. Even though we arrived on a busy Friday night, there were plenty of luggage carts.

I really liked the front desk staff. They were very kind and welcoming when we arrived. They also looked up my membership and applied my points for this visit. That was exceptional customer service proving that going above and beyond to meet and exceed guests expectations is a normal practice and it should not go unnoticed!

We stayed at Doubletree for a volleyball camp that was at the fitness center behind the hotel. We were able to get our girls Starbucks at the hotel and something for breakfast before going to volleyball. Worked great for our stay. Comfy clean rooms and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
